For Online Purchases at our Website
ORDER ACCEPTANCE. Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation
indicates that we received your order request, but does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of
any order for any reason.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY. Item availability and prices are subject
to change at any time, without notice.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. In the event a product is listed at an
incorrect price due to typographical error, or error in pricing
information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or
cancel your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your
credit card is charged, we will refund your credit card.
EXTERNAL HYPERLINKS. We may provide, or third parties may provide,
links to other Internet sites or resources. We have no control over such
sites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not
responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources,
and that we do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any
content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from
external sites or resources. You agree not to hold us responsible or
liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged
to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such
content, goods or services available on or through any such external
site or resource.
RETURN POLICY. All equipment purchased from the A. F. Daniel Technology
Group, Inc. at our published web pricing may be returned to us within
fourteen days of purchase for a full refund less a twenty percent
restocking fee, shipping, and handling fees. Equipment and its original
packing must be returned in new, unopened, undamaged condition. Any
merchandise that has been opened may not be returned. The original box
and its contents must be unmarked. Restocking fees are not a penalty;
they provide for the inspection of and testing of equipment prior to
return to inventory. Equipment damaged in shipment will not be accepted
for a refund. Shipping insurance is provided on all shipments from the
carrier and we will provide you with contact information so you can
contact the carrier to make your claim. All return items must have
a Return Authorization Number printed on the outside of the shipping box
or they will be refused. Merchandise received for return with a valid
RMA number will be refused if it is not received within the return
period of fourteen days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Wireless phone systems and accessories may not be returned under any
circumstance - they must be returned to the manufacturer for service.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Free email-based technical support is always
available for products purchased from the A. F. Daniel Technology Group,
Inc. for a period of six months after the date of purchase. Email based
technical support is available between the business hours of 9am to 5pm
eastern, excluding national holidays, Monday through Friday. Turn-around
times for a reply are usually 1 to 2 business days. Please be as
detailed as possible when contacting technical support by email to speed
up response time and resolution speed.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS. The A. F. Daniel Technology Group, Inc. does
not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products
available through the A. F. Daniel Technology Group, Inc. are covered by
Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's
warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers'
warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's websites.
Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free
by contacting our Customer Service department. For products manufactured
by NEC, the A. F. Daniel Technology Group, Inc. will assist you sending
your product to NEC for repair or replacement. Contact the A. F. Daniel
Technology Group, Inc to arrange for an RMA number to send the product
to us for testing before it is submitted to NEC for evaluation. Shipping
fees apply. Additional bench test fees also apply if the NEC product you
are submitting for repair or replacement is not found to be defective.
The NEC manufacturer's warranty excludes coverage for products which
were installed, repaired or maintained by an unauthorized service
provider or which were subjected to misuse, abuse, improper installation
or application, improper maintenance or repair, alteration, accident or
negligence in use, improper temperature, humidity or other environmental
condition (including, but not limited to, lightning or water damage),
storage, transportation, or handling.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Terms and conditions may be
modified at any time without notification to you by the A. F. Daniel
Technology Group, Inc. Terms and conditions are always available at this
web page for your inspection prior to purchase.
INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify and hold us and our
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, or other
partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including
all attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of
the use of the website or its associated services.
